Here’s a quickie tip though:

Go for a walk, breathe deeply as you walk, feel the fresh air in your face, and be sure to bring along your ipod or other portable music device and listen to music that makes you feel good.

Either that, or to your favorite inspirational spoken word tapes. I love those of Abraham-Hicks Workshops and have them sorted by topics, so whatever area of my life causes me stress, I’ve got the perfect antidote.
